Wolverine Football... Go Blue!
We love
football, especially Michigan Football. While it's difficult
to attend games at the Big House living in Texas, we've had the
privilege of attending the last two Michigan bowl games; the Rose
Bowl and the Alamo Bowl.
In
January
of 2005, we traveled to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl. Kristin's team was victorious
(University of Texas), but we
still had a great time.
The last second field goal by Mangum helped solidify Texas' ability
to win a big game and it gave them the confidence to win the 2005
National Championship.
Surprisingly, Michigan lost to the
following season's National Champ when they lost to USC in the Rose
Bowl in 2004 and then Texas in 2005. Could this be a good omen
for the Nebraska Cornhuskers who won a terrible Alamo Bowl in
December of 2005?
